This is bad advice. Don’t waste your money just “paying off debt”. You won’t get anywhere if you just payoff debt. It’s important to pay off REVOLVING debt. Paying off a collection barely helps your score. Learn more at my channel.

the Credit Score is a way for loan sharks to tell them how much of a big sucker fish you are.

the credit score tells them how much money they can make off you. if a bank or credit card company cannot make money off the interest, then they won’t loan you money.

so paying on time and to avoiding fines is not in your credit score best interest.

How about I buy that house in full… banks are the bane of the poor and stupid, if you have to borrow more than 50% value of any property you own you are too poor to own that property and your making the bank rich. This is part of the problem with the over inflated housing prices, It easy to say that town house is 300k when they will let you fiancé 99% of it

but when you have to come up with 50% of that value a lot less people would be buying and drop the price to a reasonable level that Americans could actually afford, the current system by example with the record number of forclosers and the bank bail outs and nothing done for the people its all of system of greed. If you cant put 50% down the bank is bending you over the fence.
